At the butcher’s table, you’ll find USDA Prime dry-aged and charbroiled steaks, served sliced for sharing and creative in presentation – interesting beef dishes not often found in a traditional steakhouse. You’ll also find a large selection of unique shareable plates, perfect for gathering around with friends and cocktails at the bar, or at a river-view table for lunch or dinner.

Brought to you by Smith & Wollensky, we are proud to come from one of America’s finest steakhouses. Our USDA Prime Black Angus beef is chosen from the top 2% of all beef in America, hand-selected for its rich, even marbling. Our beef comes from Iowa family-farm bred and sustainably raised cattle, dry-aged for 28 days in-house and hand-cut by our butcher, then charbroiled to your liking. We are pleased to bring this quality process to Wollensky’s Grill, while offering a unique, shareable and approachable kind of steak dining.
